Returns
Baskk have a 14-day refund or replacement policy. Please contact us as soon as possible and outline the details of the fault so we can arrange a replacement or refund. All faulty goods must be received and assessed before replacement or refund is given.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds due to “change of mind” or if the product has not been cared for correctly. We will exchange a product if it is unused and in its original condition. Please note: Shipping costs will be at your own expense. Please contact us regarding any of the above and ensure to include your name, contact details and order number.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
If by the off chance a Sold Out item is purchased, you will receive an email as soon as possible and offered a replacement or a refund.
Please note pre-order items have an approximate date of delivery -this is subject to change and we will endeavour to notify you if this changes.
PREORDER
Although we try to allow extra time for our estimated arrival dates please note these can vary due to circumstances out of our control.
Any products purchased alongside a preorder product will be sent in one shipment when the preorder product is in stock.
SALE ITEMS
Any items purchased during a sales period are non-refundable or are unable to be exchanged. Due to time constraints we are unable to edit an order once it has been placed.
